Every brand deserves their perfect store. PSG is the AI-native sales agency and brokerage that delivers it.

The $10B+ CPG sales industry is stuck in 2005: opaque, manual, and bogged down in data work that should be automated. We're building the operating system to fix it. Our platform deploys an army of autonomous agents to handle the grunt work (category reviews, promo planning, deck building) so our Account Executives can do what actually moves product: relationships, strategy, and winning shelf space. The role

You're joining a tiny engineering team building alongside the CTO. Small team, real ownership: you'll ship features end-to-end and see them land with clients the same week.

Agent infrastructure The harness orchestrating agents that 10x our sales team. This is the product.

Data pipelines Retailer POS, syndicated data, and brand first-party data. Messy, multi-source, high-volume.

Backend Cloud Run, Firestore, BigQuery, Firebase Auth, multi-tenant isolation. The infra that keeps client data secure and the platform fast.

Frontend React + TypeScript. Polished UI matters here; you'll ship it regularly.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years shipping production software, or an exceptional portfolio that proves it.
  • AI-native by default. Claude Code or Codex is in your daily loop. You think in agents, tools, and context.
  • Solid backend fundamentals: data models, auth, deploys. You learn fast where you're green.
  • Bias toward shipping. Working by Friday beats perfect by next month.
  • Autonomy. You take a well-scoped problem and run: design, tickets, shipped code.
  • Grit. Startups have bumps. You find a way through.
